This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Qlouds and any Customer thereof.

Definitions:
The terms “we”, “us”, “Qlouds” and “Company” refer to Qlouds a product of big time design and communication inc., a Canadian company existing under the laws of Canada. Qlouds is an online service which backsup, indexes and stores a users tweets, direct messages, favorites and twitter profile based on the service Twitter.
The term “Registered User” refers to any individual or entity who or which is registered to use the Qlouds service through Qlouds.net.
The term “tweets” refers to any Twitter message or any other electronic communication transmitted via the Twitter.
The term “Personal Information” refers to any information about an individual or organization who is a Registered User that is collected through the Qlouds service. This includes any account information provided.
Information Collection and Use
Qlouds is the sole host of the information collected on this site. Qlouds does not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without your express permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
Qlouds collects your Twitter ID for the purposes of collecting and storing your tweets.
Registration
Registration is mandatory using your Twitter login credentials.
Qlouds does not share or rent or in any way disclose Registered Users’ contact information, which remains the exclusive and confidential property of the Qlouds account for which the Registered User registered and accepted terms and policies. Qlouds does not share personally identifiable information about Qlouds’s Customers or the performance of their Qlouds service with third parties.
All Registered Users are given the opportunity to unsubscribe (opt-out) at any time by removing Qlouds as a connected application in your Twitter profile, located at twitter.com
Online Security
Online security is enhanced by Qlouds’s use of firewalls protecting all of Qlouds’s servers.
Service affecting Twitter may be negatively impacted or decommissioned. Qlouds will work to maintain service at all times, however if the Twitter service is interupted, Qlouds is not responsible.
Qlouds will not use Registered User information to solicit participation in other Customer accounts or to promote other products or services.
Changes to Qlouds’s privacy policy will be posted on the Qlouds website. Changes will automatically be in effect 30 days after they are initially posted.
